This auction house used to have excellent service, but now everything is a mess from payments, invoices and completely poor communication to even collecting the certificates, a mess, everyone says they have it and you arrive and they tell you it's somewhere else... . If you want to buy here you will have to put up with their completely deficient bureaucracy.
